What Does an Agency Producer Do?
As a producer, you’ll work alongside an experienced agency owner, helping grow the business by building relationships, generating leads, and providing insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. You’ll focus on sales and customer service, with opportunities to specialize in personal lines, commercial, life insurance, or financial services based on your interests and strengths.

Sales Development Representative

Be the First Connection That Drives Business Growth


What You’ll Do:


  • Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-up conversations


  • Qualify leads, gather information, and schedule appointments for licensed agents


  • Complete live call transfers and help create new business opportunities


  • Document conversations and activity within our CRM system


  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and skill development


  • Build confidence in communication, professionalism, and relationship-building
